Most applications are reviewed within 2 business days. We may contact you by phone or email if we need more documents.
Your commercial registration, the national ID or Iqama of your authorised signatory, your VAT number if you are VAT-registered, and a bank account certificate in your business's own name. You upload them in the Lahtha Vendor app when you sign up.
A small commission on confirmed bookings. Your exact rate depends on your service category and is recorded in your Vendor Agreement during onboarding, so you know it before your first booking.
Lahtha collects the customer's payment and releases your earnings under the payout tier you choose: Protected (100% after the event and the 3 business day objection window), Balanced (50% when you accept the booking, the rest after the objection window) or Advance (100% when you accept). Payouts go to your bank account weekly.
Yes. You can update your portfolio, packages, prices and availability anytime from the Lahtha Vendor app.
We recommend it, so customers only request times you can take. You can also manage requests yourself, as long as you respond within 48 hours.
No. For customers introduced through Lahtha, every payment goes through the platform. Taking payment off-platform breaches the Vendor Agreement.
