FAQ

Questions, answered.

Yes. Dana is an AI planner trained on thousands of Gulf weddings and events. She works in Arabic and English, understands local customs, and hands off to a human from our team whenever you want.

We're live across every major city in Kuwait — Kuwait City, Hawalli, Salmiya, Farwaniya, Jahra, Ahmadi, and beyond. More Gulf markets coming soon.

No. Planning is always free — Dana, the shortlists, the messaging, everything. We only charge vendors a small fee on bookings they confirm through the platform.

The full Lahtha experience — Dana, timelines, RSVPs, payments — lives in the app on iOS and Android. The web is a short doorway: sign in, preview what Lahtha does, and try Dana. For planning and booking, we'll hand you off to the app.

Yes — we onboard every vendor personally and keep the catalogue small on purpose. You see real portfolios and transparent pricing before you book, and we'd rather carry fewer great vendors than a long list of average ones.

Tap "Talk to a human" in any chat. One of our planners will jump in within minutes during business hours, or call you the next morning.
